Carved Stand

For best results the bowl should be placed upon a sturdy solid stone surface at waist height. The middle of a worktop or desk a long way from the direct support of any legs below may not give the best effect. Hence we have designed a stand in keeping with such an object upon which the bowl works well.

The stand that we offer is entirely hand crafted and carved from solid wood with a choice of a completely solid marble top or an inlayed solid marble top. The marble is integrated into the stand as it gives a firm base and protects the wood from any dampness from the bowl.

Each stand is approximately 36cm high and they weigh about 10kg each.
